RESERVATION POLICIES

• Home Rental is subject to availability and confirmation of the office upon time of reservation, therefore advance reservation is advisable.

• FULL PAYMENT is required to secure your reservation.

• A SECURITY DEPOSIT of PHP 2,000.00 is required and will be charged at the time of reservation. Any additional charge, damage, or loss to property, equipment, or fixtures shall be charged to the security deposit. If the damage is more than the security deposit, the client will have to pay an additional charge. The full amount or the remainder is refundable within five (5) days after the stay date thru bank fund transfer.

• Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a deposit means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS?​

• WE ACCEPT CASH, BANK DEPOSITS, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND GCASH PAYMENTS.

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

• Regular check-in time is any time after 3:00 pm and check-out time is any time before 12:00 noon. Please ask for early check-in and late check-out availability a week before each date if you need them. Storing luggage in the house is also possible.

• Early Check-in or Late Check-out until 6:00 pm is charged P200 per hour (subject to availability). Check-out after 6:00 pm is subject to one (1) night charge.

• ​NO CONTACT/SELF-CHECK-IN PROCEDURE. Check-in yourself with the lockbox. Keys will be available at the lockbox by 3:00 pm (Check-in Procedure and Lock Password will be emailed after confirmation of booking).

• Check-out by 12:00 noon, Housekeeping will enter by 12:00 noon to clean/defog/sanitize the house. Just leave the keys on the ground floor table and may leave the door of the house open.​

• If planning to leave early before check-out time, make sure the door key is in the lockbox and shuffle the code before check-out.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

• Standard Rate:

  • The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 90% of the room rate as a cancellation fee if we could not sell the room more.​

 

• Non-Refundable Promo Rate:

  • For the non-refundable promo rates, bookings are NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGES POSSIBLE. In case of cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.​

• Group Bookings (3 rooms or more):​

  • If canceled or modified up to 30 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

  • If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.​

​

Revisions such as early check-out (shortened stay) will be charged for the whole duration of the stay as stated in the final invoicing.​

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER/HOUSE RULES

Your cooperation is appreciated to keep our units at a low price.

• All units are Non-Smoking. Cigarette smoking including vape or e-cigarette is allowed only on the balconies on the 2nd floor. No Smoking is allowed inside the house and on the street. No tossing of cigarette butts. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result in a P3,000.00 charge on your bill for the cleaning fee.

• Due to the fact that the building is surrounded by many apartments and residences, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regard to noise during the evenings.

• No loud parties are allowed on the premises.

• No shoes are allowed inside the house. Room/Indoor slippers are provided in the shoe closet.

• Turn off A/C, TV, and lights before leaving the house.

• Lock the windows and the doors before leaving the house.

• Sort trash into categories as labeled on trash bins. Take trash bins outside as frequently as possible so the bins won't be too full to close when you check out. If garbage is not in the bins or bins are not closed tightly, stray cats/dogs make a mess.

• Wash and dry kitchen items and put them back in the kitchen cabinet before check-out.

• Make sure the door key is in the lockbox and shuffle the code before check-out.

• Guests are required to submit a photo identification card prior to check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special request box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

• Private Parking is possible on site (Limited Space).
