1.  Pool reservations must be made by a person 18 years or older.

2.  Payment must be made at the time of booking.

3.  All guests must sign a release waiver prior to entering the pool.

4.  No. Lifeguards are present. There must be adult supervision at all private party rentals.

5.  I/We shall be responsible for any damages to equipment or property, which may occur during the time I/We rented, said facility. If after any activity additional janitorial maintenance is required, other than the normal cleaning process, I/We may be charged accordingly.

6.  The posted pool rules must be followed at all times during the course of the scheduled activity.

7.  The Manager may reserve the right to cancel the activities at any time if it seems necessary, without a refund.

8.  Absolutely No Food, Glass Containers, alcoholic Beverages, smoking, drugs, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed in the pool area at any time.

9.  If you are sick or have any open wounds you will not be allowed in the pool area. It is a controlled sanitary area. No blowing your nose in the water, and no spitting!

10.  Diving is prohibited.

11.  I/We are responsible to confirm or cancel our reservations at least 14 days prior to the event for which they rented pool time. If I/We fail to cancel our reservations(2) with at least 14-day notice, I/We will be charged for the full rental.

I understand the above rules and conditions and realize the pool is a privilege that can be revoked at any time. By signing this form I release Hacienda Galea and its management from any responsibility/liability including death. As the host, I realize I am responsible for my guests and I will be liable for their actions. It is my responsibility to have all of my guests sign the Pool Rules/Waiver prior to entering the pool. Pool Rules and Conditions may be changed to any time and posted accordingly.
